Job description
MyPT is looking for an experienced and results-driven Stretch Expert to lead and expand our Stretch Trainers division across MyPT locations and On-Demand services in the UAE.
This is a leadership role — not just a trainer position. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, and scale a professional stretch department with strong operational and coaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Stretch Trainers
- Develop stretching, mobility, and recovery protocols
- Ensure high service quality and client experience standards
- Lead trainer onboarding, education, and performance management
- Support operational growth across all locations and On-Demand services
- Build a strong culture focused on recovery, mobility, and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Stretch Trainer / Mobility Specialist
- Previous managerial or leadership experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of assisted stretching, recovery, mobility, and corrective exercise
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop trainers
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Fitness industry background preferred
