We are currently looking to recruit Male and Female Membership Consultants cum Front of House (FOH/MC) for our Villa Square Branch. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and the fitness industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and visitors, ensuring an exceptional first impression.

Promote and sell membership packages while achieving monthly sales targets.

Conduct professional club tours and deliver engaging sales presentations.

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective clients.

Assist with front desk operations, member check-ins, and administrative duties.

Handle member enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate membership records using the company's CRM and management systems.

Support club events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to an exceptional member experience.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred).

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Professional appearance with a positive attitude and confident personality.

Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

Ability to conduct effective club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.

Excellent telephone etiquette and experience handling enquiries across multiple communication channels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven with the ability to consistently achieve KPIs.

Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.

A valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
