Membership Consultant cum Front of House (FOH/MC)

We are looking for motivated, confident, and customer-focused Membership Consultants cum Front of House professionals to join our team at our Villa Square Branch in Dubai.

• Welcome members and visitors and provide a professional and engaging first impression.

• Promote and sell membership packages while consistently achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct professional club tours and deliver effective membership presentations.

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective clients.

• Support front desk operations, member check-ins, and daily administrative activities.

• Handle member enquiries and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate membership records using the company's CRM and management systems.

• Support club events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to delivering an exceptional overall member experience.

 

 

• 1–5 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service. Experience within the fitness industry is preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality.

• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

• Ability to conduct effective club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and experience managing enquiries across multiple communication channels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Results-driven with the ability to consistently achieve KPIs.

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.

• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
