We are looking for afriendly, energetic, and professional Baristato join our team and deliver an excellent café experience to our gym members and guests.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
☕ Prepare and serve high-qualitycoffee, smoothies, mocktails, juices, and other beverages.
🤝 Welcome and assist gym members and guests with friendly and professional service.
💳 Take orders accurately, operate thePOS system, and handle cash/card payments.
⭐ Recommend menu items and promote beverages and café products when appropriate.
🧼 Maintain excellenthygiene, cleanliness, and presentationof the café and service area.
💬 Handle customer requests and feedback while providing excellent customer service.
🎯 Ensure proper portioning, recipes, presentation, and consistency of all beverages.
📦 Monitor stock levels and assist with daily inventory and replenishment.
🛠️ Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
🔑 Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily café operations.

☕1–2 years of experiencein specialty coffee, barista, or customer service roles.
🥤 Strong knowledge of coffee, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages.
🗣️ Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
💳 Previous POS and cash-handling experience.
✨ Well-groomed, friendly, energetic, and professional.
🤝 Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
🧼 Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
⏰ Flexible to workshifts, weekends, and public holidays.
🥤 Strong knowledge of coffee, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages.
