We're looking for a dynamic Membership Consultant cum Front of House to welcome members, drive membership sales, and provide an outstanding customer experience at our Abu Dhabi club.
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred).
✔️ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
✔️ Excellent communication skills.
✔️ Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
✔️ Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
✔️ Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality.
✔️ Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
✔️ Ability to conduct engaging club tours and persuasive sales presentations.
✔️ Experience handling enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Results-driven with the ability to consistently achieve KPIs.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
✔️ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
